What we collect
We collect information you give us directly — your name, contact details, and the financial information you provide when you request a quote, use one of our tools, or start an application. We also collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit on this site.
How we use it

- To meet our legal, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations as a mortgage originator

What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or rent your details to lead buyers, data brokers, or unaffiliated marketers.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to do the job you asked us to do — with lenders and investors evaluating your loan, with service providers such as credit reporting agencies, appraisers, title companies and document processors, and with regulators or others where the law requires it.
Credit inquiries
Using our online tools to get a quote does not pull your credit. A credit report is only obtained with your authorization, as part of an actual loan application.
Contact preferences
By submitting an inquiry you ask us to respond using your preferred contact method. Text messages require a separate optional opt-in; leaving it unchecked does not prevent an email or phone inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by telling us, replying STOP to a text, or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection and we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to avoid sending sensitive documents by ordinary email — ask us for a secure upload link instead.
Inquiry storage and delivery
Unfinished inquiry answers stay in memory in your open page. We do not automatically send them when you switch tabs, close the form, or leave. Refreshing or closing the page clears those answers. Older saved funnel progress is removed when this site loads.
Submitted inquiries are encrypted in a temporary delivery queue for up to seven days while delivery is retried. Personal details are removed from that queue after successful CRM delivery. Records in our CRM follow the company’s retention requirements. We retain the text consent wording, version, selection, and submission time with your inquiry.
Our hosting, encrypted queue, GoHighLevel CRM, and Cloudflare Turnstile providers process information to operate this service and prevent abuse. Embedded video and appointment providers may process information when you use those features.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers offer a setting to block third-party cookies.
This site does not currently run advertising or third-party analytics tags.
