Our commitment

We want every visitor to be able to get information about home financing here, regardless of how they browse the web. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and we treat accessibility problems as bugs to be fixed, not requests to be filed.

What we do

• Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA
• Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page
• Respect for the reduced-motion setting in your operating system
• Layouts that work at high zoom and on small screens

If you run into a barrier on this site — anything you cannot read, reach, or operate — please tell us. Include the page address and what happened, and we will respond promptly and work with you to get you the information you need in another format if that is faster.

We are also happy to take your application and answer any question over the phone, in full, without you needing to use this website at all.
